I feel that Practicing General Practice  and Emergency medicine is like watching a beautiful movie with action as well as drama. At one time, we may have lengthy discourses with patients regarding their chronic health issue and at another time, we maybe resuscitating and rescuing someone from the jaws of death…… and every second counts. Hats off to all who are performing this wonderful and versatile task.

General Practice is not only treating common medical issues, It is plausibly the most important role in health care and in the community.

'Pre hospital care' is the Forefront Fundamental Frontline unit of health care system is well deserved service being given out of hospital emergency gate. It is evolving world wide and especially in Nepal, we are crawling and its value is being recognized. 

'Helicopter emergency medical service' which falls under the umbrella of pre hospital care is providing its effective service in Nepal over nearly a decade is phenomenal. However, to give a scientific shape and to be able to make it available for all, its now dire urgent to work out believing a fact that every single life has its own value.
